Prerequisites

1. Successful registration on ebUtilities.at as a
   • Community Generation Facility (within the meaning of sec. 16a of the Electricity Act 2010 ElWOG)
   • Renewable Energy Community (within the meaning of sec. 16c ElWOG)
   • Citizen Energy Community (within the meaning of sec. 16b ElWOG)
   • Energy service companies companies (“Authorised Parties” as defined in sec. 19a ElWOG)
2. Completing the registration form

3. To successfully complete a registration, the following documents must be uploaded via the registration form:
   • Extract from the Commercial Register or Associations Register (only for legal entities)
   • Valid passport or valid identification card or valid driving licence of the authorised signatories
   • Energy communities (CGF, REC, CEC)
     Signed agreement with the applicable distribution system operator
   • If applicable, power of attorney for the user's signing authority if the user is not listed in the extract from the register of associations or company register, for example
4. After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration. Please click on the link provided to verify your e-mail address.
5. Your documents will then be checked. This can take up to two weeks. After successful verification, you will receive another e-mail confirming your registration.
6. To activate your EDA Portal account, please click on the link contained in the e-mail to set your password.
