Energy Service Provider

Do you perform energy accounting or the like for final customer and do you lack your own software application for processing market messages?

Then the User Portal is the right choice for you.

If you have your own software application for processing market messages and would like to integrate the consumption data of fewer than 200 final customer into your software application, then the E-mail connectivity is the right choice for you.

If you have more than 200 final customer, we recommend that you choose the CEP.

Community Generation Facilities (CGF)

We recommend participation via the User Portal. The required processes can be sent and processed via the User Portal. You only need to carry out internal billing of consumption volumes.

Renewable Energy Communities (REC)

Do you operate a Renewable Energy Community and lack your own software application for processing and sending market messages?
Then the User Portal is the right choice for you.

If you have a software application for processing market messages and you have participants in your energy community in the lower three-digit range, then E-mail connectivity is the right choice for you.

For more than 200 participants, we recommend CEP as the connection type.

Citizen Energy Communities (CEC)

Do you run a Citizen Energy Community lack your own software application for processing and sending market messages?
Then the User Portal is the right choice for you.

If you have your own software application for processing market messages and fewer than 200 participants-are members of your energy community, then the E-mail connectivity is the right choice for you.

If you have more than 200 participants, we recommend that you choose CEP.

Other market participants

We recommend that system operators and energy suppliers with up to approx. 10,000 metering points participate via E-mail connectivity.

From approx. 10,000 metering points and above, we recommend CEP as the connection type.
