Change of the support contact
To make our support more transparent, faster, and easier to understand, we are switching our support process to a ticketing system. Starting April 16, 2026, the following support options will be available:
Support via online form (recommended)
Please use our contact form in the future. Your request will be recorded directly in our system and can be processed efficiently and transparently.
Telephone support
For urgent matters, our telephone support is available at +43 1 3618 313 14 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A ticket can also be created for you here.
What will change for you?
- The email address support@eda.at will no longer be directly accessible starting April 16, 2026, but only with a ticket number as a reply to an existing ticket.
- All support requests will be processed as tickets going forward.
- You will receive a ticket number for each request (visible in the subject line of the emails) and can track the processing status at any time.
